School dinner money must be paid weekly on a Monday for that coming week. If you forget to pay on that day, then money must be paid on the FRIDAY of the missed week.

Please note that Somerset County Council will send out invoices for missed payments.

If your child requires school dinners a weeks notice is required. A weeks notice is also required if your child stops school meals.

PTA

Joint Chairperson - Alison Polden / Lisa Maynard
Treasurer - Kim Hunter
Secretary -

The PTA exists to create a greater understanding of the work of the school, forge links between school and home and raise vital funds to support and enhance the educational provision within the school. Through the PTA’s financial support the school library has been re-furbished and a low level trim trail on the field. The PTA also subsidised the visit of the Life Education Classroom and a trip for the whole school to see Dick Whittington.  The additional facilities provided by the PTA have a direct impact on your child’s education, enabling us to offer a greater range of opportunities and high quality learning experiences.

All parents are automatically members of the PTA and it is hoped that all parents will actively support the Association in whatever way possible. To make organisation easier a small committee is elected annually at the AGM, however everyone is welcome at the meetings.  A wide variety of events are organised throughout the year and every effort is made to appeal to all tastes and ages. If you are interested in being involved in this important aspect of school life either leave your name with your child’s teacher or with the office staff and a member of the committee will contact you.
